THE POWER OF WORKING TOGETHER: GENDER EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE, MARKETPLACE AND COMMUNITY

The WE EMPOWER-G7 Programme will host a virtual high-level forum convening G7-EU stakeholder that focus on women’s economic empowerment and responsible business conduct, including WEPs signatories. Members of WE EMPOWER-G7’s advisory groups from Canada, Japan and the U.S. will also be in attendance. The event is intended to celebrate the legacy of the programme by featuring outcomes that contributed to creating momentum towards the transformation we need to achieve gender equality.

The three hours event will conclude with the 2020 WEPs G7-EU Award ceremony and virtual celebration, the launch of the WEPs reporting feature and “From Beijing to Generation Equality” documentary piece.
